Is Food & Drink included?

The upgrade package does not include any food or drink. All purchases are payable on the night prior to taking your seat for the event.

If you have any specific dietary requirements/allergies that we should be aware of, please e-mail upgrades@thehydroclub.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate these.

No, your table is automatically booked for the number of upgrades purchased

Can I request a specific table?

Due to different party sizes, a particular table choice can’t be guaranteed.

Can I watch the show from my table in the lounge?

Curtains from the lounge will usually close when there is an act on stage. To watch the show, please take your seats in the arena.

Does the Hydro Club upgrade give me a better seat for the show?

The upgrade refers only to your pre and post-show hospitality experience and does not provide alternative seating for the show.

What time does the Hydro Club open?

In the days leading up to an event, look out for an e-mail from upgrades@thehydroclub.co.uk. This will include your arrival information and timings for the event. Access is normally half an hour prior to the main doors opening.

My Upgrade isn’t showing correctly on my Ticketmaster account

There is no QR/Bar code on the Upgrade so that it’s not confused with your event ticket – it should show as follows in your Ticketmaster Account. You just need to show this confirmation to use the Hospitality Guest Entrance, along with your event ticket.
