On-Site Services
Drop-Off / Pick-Up
Our designated Drop-off/Pick-up zone is located at the west of the SEC Centre. It’s a free, manned service specifically for dropping off and picking up. We offer users a flexible 30 minute stay, allowing you plenty time to accompany friends/family to and from an event.
The service is in close proximity to a range of on-site facilities - Male/Female/Accessible toilet, baby changing, ATM cash machines, Shop, Box office, and Clydebuilt Restaurant. Our designated Drop-off/Pick-up zone will also allow you to take advantage of the safe, covered walking route through SEC Centre, which takes approximately 3 minutes to reach OVO Hydro.
Gus the Bus
You can use our complimentary accessible shuttle service - better known as Gus the Bus, which will drop you off within 130m of the OVO Hydro south main entrance.
Baby Changing
There are baby changing facilities on the SEC concourse, located outside Hall 1, which can be accessed using a radar key collected from the Information Desk or SEC cloakroom. In addition, there are also changing tables in most accessible toilets throughout the campus. Please ask a member of staff for the nearest one.
Cloakroom
The Cloakroom is in the west lobby on the ground floor. It is open for standing events and visitors can deposit items for the duration of the event for £3 per item.
Please note that items cannot be left in the cloakroom overnight.
Information Desk
The Information Desk is in the west lobby on the ground floor.
Medical Team
Amvale are our partners for medical, ambulance and first aid services at the OVO Hydro. While on site, our medical staff can be approached directly or via one of our stewards.
Wheelchair requests are handled by the Customer Care Team. Wheelchair request forms can be found here.
Box Office
The Box office opens at 3pm on the day of the event and closes 15 mins after the main act takes to stage, unless otherwise stated. The Box Office for all venues on campus is located in the SEC Centre.

1. Log into MyAccount
2. Select the order you wish to enquire about
3. Click ‘Need help with this order?’
4. Select the most relevant query category and topic
5. Add a message if you wish (optional)
6. Click submit
Ticketmaster will then get back to you directly by email.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the OVO Hydro.
Changing Places Toilet
A Changing Places toilet is available in the West lobby of Level 2. This is accessible by radar key.
