Hygiene
Sanitising stations are available throughout the venue for your use. We encourage visitors to sanitise their hands regularly
Keep Your Distance
Please act responsibly and be considerate to other visitors, giving them time and space where possible to move around, understanding we all have different needs.
Symptom Free
You should not attend an event if you have tested positive for COVID or are displaying symptoms.
Contactless
SEC venues operate a cashless system. We will only accept contactless or card payments at our box office, food & drink outlets, merchandise sales points and cloakroom.

What should I do if I require medical assistance while at the venue?

If you require medical assistance, please inform a member of our stewarding team or any member of venue staff. First-aid and medical staff are available at all events and will be called to assist.

I have a medical condition; can I take a drink in a bottle into the venue?

Drinks in sealed plastic bottles up to 500ml that are required for medical purposes are permitted, but must be declared to stewards on entry. These will be checked, and any suspicious or unauthorised items may be discarded.

Can I bring medication into the venue?

Yes, but we ask that any prescription medication be in its original packaging, to allow easy identification by our medical team. Please declare this to stewards on entry, as any non-packaged or non-declared medication found during searching may be confiscated.

Will I have to wear a face covering?

In line with Scottish Government guidelines, it is strongly recommended that face coverings continue to be worn in indoor crowded spaces, unless exempt, eating, drinking or dancing. However, this is subject to individual visitor choice.
